"Clean-looking shoes that go with a lot"
I really like these shoes. The style is simple but still nice, and they’ve been easy to match with most of my outfits, which is a big plus because I hate standing around trying to figure out shoes in the morning. Random side note, I’ve been trying to keep my closet more organized lately and these definitely fit the whole clean, put-together look. Overall, really happy with them

I stopped by Humphries Shoes because it’s in such an easy spot for me. No hassle getting there. No wandering around trying to find it. Just really straightforward, which I always appreciate.
Having a local shop like that makes a big difference when you actually want to try shoes on properly. Quick visit. Nice and simple. I’d definitely go back again

I ordered a pair of shoes from Humphries Shoes and, everything turned up just as I’d picked it: right size, right colour, right style.
I’ve had online orders from other shops go completely sideways before, so I was kind of bracing myself for something to be wrong. But nope, suddenly I’m impressed. No emails, no chasing, no hassle.
The box was neat, the paperwork matched, and the whole thing was just straightforward. Simple order, done properly.

I really appreciated that Humphries Shoes offered a few different ways to pay. It made ordering much less stressful since I didn’t have to pay everything in one go. i think it’s only fair for shops to give customers flexible options like that instead of making things harder than they need to be. Checkout was straightforward too, with no messing about.

The opening hours worked well for me, so I could pop in after work without rushing. That said, I kept feeling like the place was a bit busy, it was just busy, busy, busy every time. Convenient, yes, but I wish it wasn’t such a hassle once you actually get there.

"Better than I expected for click and collect"
I ordered online and picked it up in store the next day. I expected it to be a bit of a hassle or to end up waiting around, but it was actually really straightforward. The staff found my order quickly and I was in and out in no time. Much easier than waiting for a delivery

I ordered the wrong size, so had to send the shoes back, which was annoying but also kind of my own fault. The return process was simple and the refund came through faster than I thought it would, so that made it feel like a good order anyway. The emails were clear and I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone. I’d happily buy from Humphries Shoes again.

I was looking around for a few different shoe brands and they had plenty in stock, which was nice. The site was easy to use and I found what I wanted without much hassle. There was one tiny bit that could’ve been clearer, but it felt preventable rather than a big issue. I’d still happily use them again.

The shoes showed up looking really well packed, and I noticed the box right away because it was clean and not all dented or thrown around-looking. Everything inside was tidy and kind of just felt like someone had actually taken a bit of care with it, which is always nice when you’re opening something new.

I only popped in for a quick look, but ended up wandering around for longer than I expected. It was easy to move through the shop and it didn’t feel too crowded, which makes such a difference, doesn’t it?
